Welcome to the First International Conference on Business, Education, Social Sciences, and Technology to be held at La Carmela de Boracay Hotel, Boracay Island, Malay, Aklan, Philippines, on July 17-19, 2025.

The BEST 2025 international conference is organized by the Innovative Technology Convergence Society Inc. (ITCS) to offer opportunities to share related research ideas, theoretical and practical issues, approaches, and methods in various areas of business, education, social sciences, and technology. This conference aims to provide a platform to optimize, advance, and integrate business, education, social sciences, and technology towards the SDGs for a sustainable future.

The BEST 2025 international conference will also highlight the signing of a research partnership agreement by interested institution partners.

The BEST 2025 international conference will be co-hosted by the Northern Iloilo State University (NISU), and Aklan State University (ASU).

The BEST 2025 international conference is co-sponsored by the University of Antique (UA).

    NOTE: Original and unpublished research studies are solicited in all aspects including theoretical studies, practical applications, high quality and state-of-the-art ideas and results, innovative technologies and solutions, paradigm shifts, and experimental prototypes. All submitted abstracts will be peer-reviewed and selected on the basis of their originality, quality, technical soundness, exposition clarity, and relevance to the theme of this conference.

    Submission

    The guidelines for paper submission are as follows:

    Submitting Authors must at least use the IMRaD format for writing their research contents following the guidelines in the paper template, from 4-6 pages and must be converted into PDF format before submitting it through the BEST 2025 online submission system or by e-mail intechconverge@gmail.com or itcs@innotcs.org.

    The IMRaD format contains at least the following research paper components: 

      • Paper title
      • Abstract [does not exceed 250 words]
      • Introduction [theory, hypothesis, prior works]
      • Methods and Materials 
      • Results
      • Discussions, Conclusion and Recommendations
      • References

    Presentation Guidelines

    The guidelines for presentations will be as follows:

      1. The BEST 2025 program and presentations will be held on July 17-19, 2025 at La Carmela de Boracay Hotel, Boracay Island, Malay, Aklan, Philippines.
      2.  Presenters must have joined the conference 10 minutes before the start of the presentations to report his/her attendance to the corresponding Session Chairs.
      3. The presentation time will be 15 minutes, that is, 10 minutes of presentation and 5 minutes of Q and A discussion. Thus, please prepare a PowerPoint presentation that lasts for up to 10 minutes’ maximum to allow 3-5 minutes for discussion after your talk. This equates to roughly 10 slides excluding your title and acknowledgment slides.
      4. Be sure you have embedded any multimedia objects (e.g., graphics, images, movies) in the slides.
      5. Unless otherwise advised by participants, all the sessions will be fully recorded and made available for watching online. This will allow participants in less favorable time zones or life situations to catch up with content.

      Publication

      All accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings to be applied with ISBN.

      Authors also have the option to publish their full papers [download Template] in the issues of the following International peer-reviewed Journals [Index: Google Scholar, Crossref, Philippine E-Journals][with discounted article publication charge (APC)]:

      In addition, selected good quality papers will also be recommended for publication in International Journals indexed by SCOPUS, EI Compendex, or SCI(E) after its full paper revision [with additional registration payments – based on the payment schedule of Journal publishers].
